shot & santa claus

Today we had to go to the dr's office for a shot. It will boost my white blood cell count. It's crazy how the shot works though. It releases my immature white cells in my bone marrow out into my bloodstream to mature. So the more mature white cells I have running around, the higher my immune system is working. After that we came back to mimi's house and went to the Westhaven resident's center for Gabriele's picture with Santa. And yes, she cried the entire time. I will post the pictures when they are available. My schedule for the next two weeks is as follows: Monday-dr's office for bloodwork; Monday Dec. 22 another Day 1,2 treatment in the wonderful hospital. That's it.
